Organisational Consultation:

We are able to facilitate consultations to leaders/leadership teams to examine strategic and operational dilemmas, supporting with the generation of creative, imaginative and innovate solutions.
Consultation could include being actively involved in the design and development of programmes within an organisation, or alternatively, offering specialist advice and guidance as an external consultant.

Safeguarding Consultation:
We work closely with your organisation to understand your context and assess the effectiveness of safeguarding arrangements, to ensure you are safeguarding compliant, this may include review, design and implementation of policies and procedures, conducting audits, and providing independent advice and guidance.

Our coaching conversations will explore your leadership practice, supporting you to orientate, make sense of and act with systemic sensibility in your organisational system, having an appreciation for the complexity and multiplicity of individuality, communication, culture and context.

The relationship between the coach and client is essential for this to be a useful intervention. We will co-create a safe and trusted space that facilitates your self-reflection, learning, development, and performance.

Reflective Practice Groups are a space for Independent Social Workers to critically reflect on their practice, explore complex dilemmas, sustain and develop the use of curiosity and creativity, and support self-awareness and wellbeing.

A professional executor is the person appointed to ensure that Psychologists or Psychotherapists (or other therapeutic practitioners practising independently) professional obligations to their clients are appropriately managed in the event of a sudden cessation of practice due to unforeseen distressing circumstances such as significant life events, injury or death.
A therapeutic executor is someone who has the necessary therapeutic experience to undertake sensitive conversations with your clients in these circumstances.

There are three distinct parts to this service; set up, annual renewal, and service fulfilment.

Set up:
Telephone discussion or visit to the place of practice to set up the service.

Annual renewal:
On the anniversary of joining the service, we contact you by email to ask you to review the information we hold on file. We will ask you to check and confirm the details.

Service fulfilment:
In the event of injury or death, your nominated person will contact us and we will begin the process of contacting your clients, (and colleagues and supervisors, if you have asked us to do so)
The payment for fulfilling the service is invoiced on completion, to your estate or nominated person.
